My CS-Link™ - Your secure online health connection
CS-Link is the electronic medical record (EMR) system used by COR Medical Group (and many other physicians and practices affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center). Our EMR offers a patient portal through My CS-Link, which is Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s Patient Portal (via MyChart® by Epic Systems Corporation).
My CS-Link is an online tool that offers patients access to parts of their medical records over a secure Internet connection.
With My CS-Link, you can:
- Communicate with our office staff via secure e-mail
- View your health summary, current list of medications and lab or test results, as released by your physician
- Request appointments
- Review past appointments and view upcoming appointments (for our office and any other offices that are on CSLink)
- Request and manage prescription renewals
Who can enroll?
To enroll in My CS-Link, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a Social Security number, a computer with Internet access and a participating My CS-Link physician. At this time, as part of a beta-testing program for our office, Drs. Caren and Urman are participating in My CORMed and My CSLink by offering it to all Premier and Concierge EAMP members.

*Activation codes have to be given to you in person and, for your own security, cannot be sent via e-mail or fax nor mailed via a postal or delivery service.
How can I access My CS-Link?
You can access My CS-Link from any computer with Internet access via our practice patient portal page (www.mycormed.com) and entering your login and password. You can also login from your mobile device by downloading an app for Apple® or Android™ devices.
When can I see my test results in My CS-Link?
Your test results are released to your My CS-Link account after your physician has reviewed them and released them to My CS-Link.
Why are certain test results not shared electronically via My CS-Link?
Your provider determines which types of test restuls are able to be accessed through My CS-Link. Further, tests of a very sensitive nature are not released to My CS-Link.
If some of my health information on My CS-Link is not correct, what should I do?
Your My CS-Link information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor’s office. Ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next visit or send a message to the practice to request changes and updates to your health record. Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record each visit.
If I send a message to my doctor or medical assistant via My CS-Link, when can I expect a reply?
You will generally receive an answer within 1 – 3 business days. While you can check on the My CS-Link website or via the MyChart mobile app for responses from our office, it is strongly recommended that you provide us with a personal e-mail address. You will automatically be notified at your personal e-mail address when test results are released or our staff attempts to contact you via My CS-Link. Patients who are users of My CS-Link should be aware that they will be notified via e-mail when there is new (non-urgent) medical information to be viewed on My CS-Link or our staff is responding to a query. You should add MyCSLinkAlerts@mycslink.org to your email address book to ensure continued receipt of My CS-Link account alerts.
Please note that My CORMed and My CS-Link should NOT be used for urgent situations. Please contact your doctor’s office if the situation required immediate attention or diall 911 if it is an emergency.
Who can I contact for technical issues (i.e. password reset) related to My CS-Link?
Members of our My CS-Link technical support team are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at 1-855-427-5465.
Can I grant proxy access to CS-Link?
Yes. You may grant authorized access to your My CS-Link account to other adults age 18 and over (e.g a family member) to review your results, records or appointments. To do so, you must complete a Proxy Access Consent Form.
Is CS-Link secure?
All comunication between you (or your proxy) and your healthcare provider and care team using My CS-Link is carried over a secure, encrypted connection. Encryption means the information is coded in such a way that no one can read it during transmission. This secure connection utilizes industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. Your health records are stored behind a firewall to prohibit unauthorized access. In addition, My CS-Link access requires an ID and password that you create yourself.
If using My CORMed and My CS-Link, it is strongly advised that you make sure you have an accurate and up-to-date personal e-mail address that you regularly access as part of your My CS-Link personal information. While you can access My CORMed and My CS-Link without a personal e-mail, if we do not have your e-mail on file, you will have no way of being automatically notified when test results are released or our staff attempts to contact you via My CS-Link. Patients who are users of My CS-Link should be aware that they will be notified via e-mail when there is new medical information to be viewed on My CS-Link or our staff is responding to a query. This means that any person with access to a patient’s e-mail will be able to see this notification. This could include the patient’s spouses, employer or anyone else that can access a patient’s e-mail account. Although no private health information will be sent, the notification that new health information is available by accessing My CS-Link may be information that a patient would not want others to know. Thus, patients, should take this into account when providing an e-mail address. Please know that if you send us an e-mail communication via My CS-Link, it may be shared with COR Medical Group staff that assists the physician in providing the patient’s medical care. A patient’s confidential health information on My CS-Link will be accessible only to appropriate staff.
Urgent medical matters
Please do not use My CORMed or My CS-Link to send any messages requiring urgent attention. For a medical emergency, call 911. For other urgent matters, contact your physician’s office directly.
