My CS-Link™  - Your secure online health connection

CS-Link is the electronic medical record (EMR) system used by COR Medical Group (and many other physicians and practices affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center).  Our EMR offers a patient portal through My CS-Link, which is Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s Patient Portal (via MyChart® by Epic Systems Corporation).

My CS-Link is an online tool that offers patients access to parts of their medical records over a secure Internet connection.

With My CS-Link, you can:

  • Communicate with our office staff via secure e-mail
  • View your health summary, current list of medications and lab or test results, as released by your physician
  • Request appointments
  • Review past appointments and view upcoming appointments (for our office and any other offices that are on CSLink)
  • Request and manage prescription renewals
