Dr. Urman Honored 3rd Consecutive Time as One of the Best Cardiologists in Southern California

For the third consecutive time, Mark K. Urman, MD, FACC, FASE, FAHA was honored as one of the best cardiologists in Southern California. Dr. Urman was listed again in the “Super Doctors” section of Los Angeles Magazine (January 2011 issue and had previously been in the December 2008 and January 2010 issues).
These top physicians were selected by their peers (approximately 30,000 doctors) and Dr. Urman was chosen as one of the best cardiologists in Southern California for the 3rd consecutive time. Key Professional Media, a polling and research company, surveyed medical doctors to “identify medical professionals who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.” The results are then run through a rigorous screening process involving a blue ribbon panel which reviews results and makes recommendations, and verification controls exist at all times to prevent manipulation and ensure data accuracy.
